Ivan the Terrible wins the Livionian War

Let's say the droughts and epidemics don't strike Russia during the Livionian War or Ivan wins some other way. This has interesting effects like Ivan Ivanovich living and so would his son (who was miscarried cause Ivan the Terrible struck the mom). What would be the effects of all this?

It's highly unlikely Ivan the Terrible's Oprichnina system came back to shoot in the foot by killing many and confiscating the lands of many people that could have been otherwise used for the war effort. On top of that you had the Crimean Tartars sack Muscovy. I don't know if would butterfly that away, that all came from Ivan the Terrible's erratic and violent personality.
