Seven Years War Question: West Indies

Can anyone point me to or cite some good estimates for what garrisons and ships and their numbers (for British and French) were in the West Indies during winter 1756 - 1757? (primarily the leeward islands)

Also what is the likely hood of France ordering attacks and or raids against the British West Indies (even sending occupation troops) not long after hearing of the success of the Battle of Minorca?. (potentially orders and/or ships sent prior to Fredrick making his move on Saxony)
Which West Indies targets do you think could be sucessfully raided, which successfully occupied? How long could they be held?

Until 1759 the British and the French had roughly equal naval resources in the area. The British (1757 - 1759) were using the majority of their fleet in Europe, North America, and India. However in 1759 they committed to taking the French Indies and captured every French West Indian possession except for Saint-Domingue (Haiti). I doubt the French honestly could have attacked before 1759 though, because once again the forces were roughly equal.

Part of the question though was the likelihood of the French sending more forces there (and how many if they do), doing so would make those forces unequal. Secondly, I am not viewing this as a conquest or attack against all of the British west indies, but only a few sugar islands. By saying they are roughly equal though, it sounds like they actually do have a chance for some successes if executed well. (Even if that chance is 50/50) (And those gains could well be reversed after 1759.)
