Anyone ever read this? It's something of a combination of ST:TNG and AH, with three distinct alternate TNGs colliding with one another. Q features prominently.

What on earth are you talking about? Is "Q" a reference to Trevor Hoyle's Q Trilogy or is it another one of those damned semi-acronyms which plague this site?

ST:TNG = Star Trek: The Next Generation, and Q was a recurring character on the show, a troublemaking being from another dimension with godlike powers, sort of like Star Trek's own version of Mr. Mxyzptlk (http://www.electricferret.com/fights/mixed_q.htm).

I encountered this as a book on tape. I seem to remember John DeLancie was the narrator. I like some of the AH twists: Geordi using his enhanced vision as a nurse, and finding Trellaine is actually from the Q continium (sic).
