linking some graophics

I asked this in an other thread but somehow I haven't gotten an answer which has lead me to ask the question here. How can I link an image that isn't on the internet, but is on my computer. Any help would me most radical and extraordianrilly Awesome!!!!

Could also one of the powers that be change the o in "graohics" to a "P" I was a bit rushed, and my fat fingers made a mistake

To attach, scroll down a little when posting, you will see a button saying "Manage Attachments" get the file you want, select, click open/double click file, then click "upload" button, click "close this window" button, then submit reply

Now that I know how to upload the image. I found out that my image was too big. There is a lot of white space on the image. Is there a way I can crop out the white space? Why does God hate me?

you got the pic on your co0mputer?
Then open it with whatever program you have and save it. Before pushing the "save" button, you tell the comp you want to serve it as jpeg file. He wil lthen ask you about the comprimation. Tell him "a lot" (low quality, will be enough for the craps on this board).
Try micheals move again with the new pic.
