I've just added more TL links to the page (http://wiki.alternatehistory.com/doku.php/timelines/timelines_and_scenarios) and there's quite an excess of redlinks: I wonder if the authors of the TLs, if they don't want to create the pages themselves, will okay others to do it for them?
