Portugal
1526-1528: Prince Henrique begins a tour of the Empire. In late 1526 he grants a pardon and amnesty to all the children of the political prisoners in Porto Manoel. He also sets up a hospital and church in honor of his sister Ana.
Prince Francisco is sent to Istanbul to study and to strengthen the new peace between the Ottomans and the Portuguese. This also causes some very unsatisfactory reactions in Protugal.
Manoel I promotes the Church of Portugal as the new religion of the realm. This angers many, including Princess Beatrice who publicly condemns her father. Riots break out in Lagos at the introduction of the new religion.
Peasants in rural Portugal refuse to leave their homes and lands as they are bought out from under them. This leads to the Massacre of Duoro when privately owned forces are sent to forcibly remove the peasants.
Portuguese ships arrive to Yemen, not to raid, but to trade. Lorenco de Almeida encourages peace between the more privateering-esque forces of the Portuguese Indian Navy and the Ottoman ruled Yemen.
Africa: East Africa
1526-1529: A sickness kills half the slave population of Melinde. A group of enterprising sailors whose term or service is up are granted a charter by de Almeida to set up a slave trading company.
Portuguese explorers reach the Great Lakes region of Africa.
India
The defenses of Goa are renovated.
1526 - 1532 More land is purchased from the Kotte and the base there is expanded greatly. It’s becoming the stop over between the trade from Malacca and India to Africa and Portugal. With help from the Portuguese, a small shipyard is built to handle the coastal traffic around the island.

Hospitals don't exist yet, at least not in the modern sense.

A bit far inland, isn't this?
Everything else seems fine other than these two bits above.

1526
In Marege, an overland expedition by Tallok leads to the subjugation of inland Maregan tribes along OTL's Roper River, creating a thin strip of Sulawesan territory in the interior.
The Sambo Daeng Niaseng Karaeng Patingalaong, named after the karaeng's mother, embarks upon the Great Circumnavigation.
Construction begins upon the Tunilabu-ri Suriwa Temple in the Tallok settlement of Tunilabu-ri Suriwa in Marege. It is planned to become by far the largest Alcheringa Hindu temple in Marege, and its extravagence is famed even before its completion.
By the end of 1526, the Sambo Daeng Niaseng Karaeng Patingalaong has reached OTL Port Philip Bay.
