In both Jeeper Creeper movies the Creeper is described as wearing a Confederate Uniform. During one of his 23 day feeding period did he help the Confederacy?

yes but timetravelling Afrikaners,Draka,neonazis and a smallm otly group lead by a stylish blue lizardman with sivler chains were ahead of him in the que so he disn't get as mcuh of a chance to help the CSA
