all food stocks in my country are being burned as are fuel and railway lines to your country as well as any machinery we havent moved, my people are going into guerilla mode and our nations financial reserves are being removed.

nonfighting civilians have either dispersed or been instructed to move south. as much as possible people are being jobs in the resistance based on what their best at. my people know how to live off the land and use local medicinal resources.

We understand your position and appreciate your reasons for it, your doctors and food aid such as can arrive will be greatly appreciated although your doctors will have to be willing to join us in our guerillar(sic) war. any other movable items you have that will help us either live of the land or fight would be beneficial.

I'm their neighbour, i didnt think they'd need submarines to attack me and arnt we only into the 2nd month or so of game time- so their submarines shouldnt even be ready!

I had already put submarines in my navy in points distribution. The subs Ward is building for me will be additional submarines for my navy.

Khan would force nations to submit either through invoking pure fear or through slaughter. His toughest opponent to encounter Khan at the apex of his powers was The Kingdom of Ward"

"The Glenish Ecuadorian government had imposed extremely high taxes on the farmers and workers of its most westerly province. Although they had been mistreated before, this was the straw that broke the camels back. Chaos through violent protests occured and a young general name L'Infa took advantage of the situation. He used his great oratorial skills to convince the population of western province to break away form the mainland. He then organised a small group of terrorist insurgents to attack the mainland, partially successful, the mainland government gave independence to the western provinces.

However barely after the fledging new nation that was The People's Republic of Glenish Ecuador had set up government, Glenish Ecuador mounted an invasion. Due to competent generals and sustained guerilla warfare, the PRGE succeeded in convincing the the Glenish Ecuadorian Army to withdraw. After the war, L'Infa purged all generals who were involved in the war and set himself as The Dictator of the nation.

Through great memorable speechs and propaganda emphasising Cult of Personality, L'Infa had established a new powerful seemingly invincible regime. The propaganda has even been so convincing, that many citizens of the PRGE have he twisted belief that Generallisimo L'Infa is the reincarnation of the great Glenghis Khan and that the empire that the Khan created would be re-established by the will and power of L'Infa alone."
