1498: Sicily transferred from Spain to Naples.
End of Middle East Crusade (unsure of date): Kingdom of Jerusalem transferred to Neapolitan/Ottoman control (unsure how that would be shown on the map). Me and Ramiero agreed to the borders of the Medieval Kingdom of Jerusalem shown here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingdom_of_jerusalem
1503: Malta transfrered from Sicily to Hansa
Also, Duchy of Romagna transferred from the Papal States to Naples. Not sure of the borders.

Burgundy acquires the County of Loon (more or less Belgian Limburg) from Liege.

1507:
Burgundy acquires sticht Utrecht (broadly consisting of the current Dutch provinces of Utrecht, Overijsel and Drenthe), but the influence in oversticht (Overijsel and Drenthe) is small and neglegent.

1498:
Saxony acquires Groningen

1508:
Saxony decides to sell Groningen (to who is still to be decided)

1497 August 11: Delhi Sultanate renamed Bhārata & Rajputana. Borders identical, but minus the Punjab and plus Rajput confederacy. Capital moved to Chittor (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chittorgarh).
1497 September: Bhārata absorbs Bengal and Berar.
1502 December: Chittagong confirmed as eastern border of Bhārata
1503 February: Sultanate of Orissa renamed Raj of Orissa. Southern border confirmed as Godavari River. Orissa will annex eastern Gondwana, while the west becomes a Bhārata dependency, and Bhārata will cede the city of Midnapore to Orissa.
1506 October: Bhārata annexes Gujarat.

1506. The Muisca now hold most of the area in NE OTL Columbia, and Western Venezuela, on the OTL Carribbean Coast.

1509. the Muisca have made thier way to the Orinoco Delta. Many fortified trading posts are built in the area. After this they will fortify the coastal areas aginst the Caribs, and turn inwards in regards to extending thier trading network.
