Most of us remember Glen's XX Century timeline, it brought us all together in new ways.(Don't take that the wrong way) This is a new collaborative timeline. Anyone can post, the POD is the Battle of Gettysburg, on July 3rd Captain Pickett makes a 4th charge at Union lines with all Confederate troops left and breaks the line, leading to the loss of Baltimore, and Washington D.C., resulting in a Confederate victory in the American civil war.Unlike XX, there is no posting outside the decade we are currently on, this may change as we go on but for a while, nothing future of what decade we're on, you may backpost, as long as it does not contradict what is already posted. So everyone, let's breath some new life into this cliched alternate history!

July 4th Gettysburg
General McClellan withdraws the remains of the Army of the Potomac East toward York Penn.
Both Armies are in poor shape, But General Lee Knows this is His last chance to knock the AoP out of the War. He follows.

I'm thinking a Battle of York, with the AoP pinned against the Susquehanna, and a turn south then toward Baltimore.

Also with the war over before the Election of 1864, And McClellan tainted by the loss at York and Baltimore-- maybe Pendleton becomes the Democratic candidate, on his own. ?Would Lincoln be the Republican Candidate ?
