request: a map of north america with mexican states and canadian provinces on it

I need a map of north america that has the mexican states and the canadian provinces along with the american states.

Here's a marginally helpful one, with Canadian provinces but no Mexican states. Also, you may not be able to do colors on it.

If you look here under the North America section there's a map showing all three but it's in PDF format. I thought it might be possible to print the map out, scan it and save it as a bitmap and be able to alter it that way. However my printer's on the blink and I don't have a scanner anyway.
