Russia is barter at best. New Saxonland is aurumi. The aurumus has inflated to the point that it is like OTL mills or those fraction pennies you see on gas station signs. Milli are the practical currency unit. 1 millus = 1000 aurumi. They are about like dollars in the United States. Usage is rarely tiny coins of gold (they are very good at extracting metals from low grade ores, although not quite economically up to getting gold from sea water) or paper with holograms and such high tech anticounterfeiting devices. This was more common in the past. Now the vast majority of commerce is done electronically, with identification by palmprints and/or iris scans. If you lost both eyes and hands, you are stuck with the old style money. Criminals sometimes use old style money too. New Leoland had a similar system, but since the networks of the sliver transported crashed they are having problems. Fortunately there are backup records of their wealth in most cases, which were "translated" into milli.

The Commonwealth-Britain
£1 - £9.17
1 shilling - 91.7p
1 pence - 0.917p
So its worth just a bit less then the otl British pound except their pound is a shilling and a pound is 10 shillings. A shilling is 100 pennies.
