I do apologize for this, it shall only take a moment. Earlier this week, the mongol hoarde took it upon themselves to launch an all out invasion of the United Provinces of India. During the first battle, we only took three hundred losses. The second invasion, the UPI took more than 1,500 losses, with more mounting. The hoarde sent its soldiers in by the thousands, and took it upon themselves to declare an all out war on the UPI. By the time that we could respond, their men and women were spreading the bubonic plague, as a sort of revenge against us. The plague would spread once they reached our cities, so, we dealt with the problem. Earlier today, we dropped two tactical nuclear warheads on the hoarde, to stem the advance. over five hundred thousand lay dead in the steps of the hindu kush. With this, the lands of the hoarde have been emptied of all former inhabitants. With the UPI being the victors, we ask the world to recognize our claims to the lands of the hoarde, ward has already Ok'd this. Once again, I apologize to the nations of the world for our blatent use of nuclear warheads, but this was our nation, and our survival. We had to use them, or expose our forces to the black death, which still does not have a cure. So, please, respond to this immediatly.

The black death once killed millions in the world and it could do so again if it ever got out into the world . Go Ask your MD if he knows how to treat it and if he knows what to look for if someone had it .

The one thing the UPI now needs to do is to take care of all of the dead bodys .

hehehe... don't worry bout the bodies. No one lives in the Hindu Kush anyways, although, that IS a rocket launch area... wait... those bodies got vaporized in the nuclear explosion. So no worries. Anyways, now that ward has agreed to our claim to the fmr. lands of the hoarde, the lands of the hoarde have now been opened to colonization by the United Provinces of India. Antibiotics are designed to kill bacteria

Hence it follows that Antibiotics can cure bubonic plaugue

We have fought this horde as well, but were luckily that it stayed away from our cities and was able to pushed back with great lose of live. Because of are lose to this horde, we would like compensation for our efforts. Are first defeat of the horde resulted in many deaths and the loose of variable equipment, land or some type of economic compensation in the former horde's land is only fitting. We also considered using chemical or nuclear weapons against this horde, but refrained.

I believe that you already HAVE enough land to well compensate for your losses against the hoarde.
