To the Ministrys of Foreign Affiaris of the world
We think it is time to start a UN of countries that doese nothing
Are Charter would look like this
artical One We the signers do here by state that if two countrys go to war we will laugth at them and sell them all the weapons the can afford to buy.
Artical Two :
If any members of the organzation goes to war against each other we will Boo them out of the meeting hall and fine them enought to pay for dinner and drinks at the best restrant in the Hosting city for all member .
Artical Three
We will agree on nothing that might make a diffrenc in the world .
Artical Five
We will tell a nation four years ahead that they will host a group of games of diffrent sports . That nation must pay for all the sports statuims and build a town for the diffrent sports teams who show up .
Artical Six
We will get list of people in are countrys who are willing to have affairs with people fron other countrys ,
