Ladies and gentleman,
The Pan-Eurasian Summit is opened. I ask anyone with pressing business to please, step forward, and post them here. Remember, this summit will be as long as you wish, so you can post whenever you wish. But, please, do it soon... I do wish to get down to business.

Qing China's immediate concern is for its claims to the former Tibet, Manchurian and Sinking Provinces to be recognized by the nations of the Eurasian Conference. Its next concern is the renewal of trade between the different regions and the connecting of existing transportation lines, which well require the set of an international railway gage and international roadway size.
It proposes to the convention that of a national pledge of honor be made to not use or stop the usage of chemical, biology and nuclear weapons, as well as to stop any support of ‘terrorist’ active. Terrorism shall be defined as the purposeful use of force against unarmed civilians or against civilian targets.

Crimea
The Nation of Crimea would like to see some sort of multi national trade agreement established between the participating nations. We are in need of certian supplies like furits, weates and other harveastable items (our crop was destroyed prior to teleportation, due to heavey rains.
----------------
CSSI
We Apologize if we are nto welcom. We heeard that this was 'open to all'. The CSSI would be intrested in an INternational Maritime Agreement, allowing open ports to merchant/private vessals.
We would also like to see a form of Space-Usage treaty developed, reulating the usage of space ie: what can and cant go up, and possibly 'territorial claims agremments'
-----------------------------
Admriatlty Islands
We are in agreement with the Nation of Crimea. We are in need of trade except we need fule and other mineral/metal supplies. We are also still in search of some affordable fighters (wrng thread i know, but i needed a plug (PM me if your nation wants to offer some).

Qing China occupied the area before any state had arrived with claim to it. We already occupy it and have defined it against the horde. We would be interested in a compromise. We agree to allow us Tibet, we drop demands for compension for fighting the horde.

The Mozambican Empire has large deposits of uranium and diamonds in our interior lands. We are willing to negiotate with (almost) any nation that requires these items.

The Crusader States would like to remind certain delagates that our war with the Ottomans continues. And while we hold a line well south of Jerusalem we are close to losing. While you may feel safe remember that after we fall the Ottomans will want there territories in North Africa, Antolia (notably Constaninople), and the Caucasus back. I would also like to remind delagates that we are both nuclear armed. While we have recieved some support from Italy, it has been trickling off after several opening defeats and promised reinforcements from Romania have not arrived at all. Additionally reports of Persian troops assisting Ottoman forces destrurb us greatly as we cannot hold against at once.

The Fedreation of Persa is not assisting the Ottomans at all . We think all these wars that are going on are stupied at this time . We think that people should talk to there neigbors, before they even think about attacking them .
As for use of Nuclear weapons being used by anyone after flying over the old Russian Empire areas that were hit buy Nuclear weapons we are willing to dimantal are nuclear weapons if other nations do , The sights in Russia scares are people, and we do not want to see are lands looking like that .
