WI US or British occupation forces in Iraq, particularly 1 of thei large coalition barracks, in say 2004 or 2005 had been subjected to a massive carbomb attack like what happened against the USMC barracks in Beirut in Oct 1983 ? Or would the US and British armed forces' improved ROE and security procedures since then have prevented such a catastrophe from occurring on such a large scale against such a prominent high-value target ?
Or alternatively WI such carbomb attacks had earlier been attempted against US forces during DESERT STORM in 1991 or in Somalia in 92-93 ?
