Now, I do not have anything written up quite yet but I do have a good POD.
The League of Nations is formed with a better command structure and a standard commitment of troops to the league for peacekeeping. With three nations in the permanaent council and 3 rotating members (Britian, France, and USA). Henry Cabot Lodge is asked to become the first ambassador to the League and after understanding the it would the one of the most weight overall in the league and no legestlation could pass without his approval, he accepts and the US becomes apart of the league. Germany, Soviet Russia and several other nations become apart of the league immeadiatly instead of jioning it later. It becomes imperative for a nation to join the League otherwise they will feel 'left out'. (much like the UN in OTL).
Now I have a few years of my timeline posted but I would like to get some ideas as well. Anything looking to the future?

Why would EVERYONE join at once? I'm sorry, but even the UN is rickety, and no one "feels left out".

Well, not everyone. But USA, Germany, and several other impertant nations. If a few more important nations had joined and a uniform peacekeeping force imposed, the League of Nations could've become a binding, unifying source of commitment to peace for nations around the world.
Edit: oh and BTW, I meant that the League of Nations would be as unifying as the UN.

Thats not to say that the League of Nations will bring in a wankish era of world peace. No org could do that. Keep in mind the name of my TL. Something large will come of this... Trust me.

"With three nations in the permanaent council and 3 rotating members (Britian, France, and USA)."
Don't you mean 'With three nations in the permanent council (Britain, France and USA) and three rotating members'? Why would the victors of the Great War not be the Permanent members? In fact, there should be four since Italy should be included.

Revolution, huh? The Soviet Union joins the league? Well, it is probably still under Lenin, so it could happen. But isn't the USSR under fire from the British, the Americans, and the Japanese at this point? Why would they join?

To... um... hijack it and use it as a vehicle to spread world revolution! :p

Damn you are good. One of my early sub POD's is Stalin dies in the battles and Trotsky takes over and joins the League. Shit goes crazy after that.

Yeah, that is what I meant, sorry about the confusion.
Italy got jipped in this TL as well, even moreso than OTL. The Italian Civil War will be interesting.

The Soviet Union was member in 1933-39. Germany wasn't allowed to join immediately.

We had a similar scenario on OTL.
Might Mussolini stay with the socialists in this TL?

You say what happens in your POD. But you give no indication as to why.
America was quite isolationist at this point, what would make the Congress decide to jump head-first into the most extensive international system ever conceived?
Likewise, why would so many nations want to join this ATL League of Nations? Surely it could very easily be spun as merely an American scheme to appease their own voting public, nations are going to need some serious results before they jump into anything.
Good luck!
