Greetings,
I would like to extend my hand in friendship to the nations of Asia and europe, and state that it is an honor to be in correspondance with all of your fine nations. Let me be the first from the United Provinces to state that we feel very welcomed here in this new world, due to the hand that the Empire of Japan so recently extended to us. Due to this, we would like to invite the nations of Asia, and europe, large and small, advanced or not, no matter who they are or where they are from, from the Sinai Peninsula, to Oceania, from Siberia, to Australia, and from Japan to the shores of Normandy, and even beyond, to the great city of Calcutta, to participate in a month long summit on the affairs of Asia/Europe, and on the future of our great continents. Some issues to be discussed are: A Railway connecting Asia and Europe together, the founding of trade routes traversing the length of asia and europe, and well into western europe, some mutural defense treaties, and perhaps even the idea of a world summit some time in the next year. The nations of Asia and Europe have an obligation to the rest of the world, we need to reach out to the nations of the world, from the Americas, to Africa, From Europe, to Australia, and beyond. The Pan-Eurasian Summit is to be held in the Capital city of the United Provinces, Calcutta. As stated before, all are invited, and encouraged to attend this summit. I look forward to your responses, and to welcoming you to this great nation.

Dear sir,
We, the peoples of the united provinces, understand your problems, and state that we take no hostile actions towards your declining of the seat. Maybe in a few months, when things settle down, our two nations can discuss some of the matters, that were discussed during the confrence, and figure out some sort of diplomatic exchanges. Once again, thanks for your time.

Dear sir,
We would like to send a representative to your conference. We have a number of concerns about the Middle Eastern and European areas, especially the 'Reichkomissariat Kauskaus' that unfortunatly exsists in this world.
We believe it is best that you know that in our old world we were in a nuclear faceoff with India, so any expressions of hostility/resentment by our delegate(s) are not a reflection on your hospitality.
Grand Admiral Miburo Mackensie
Chief of Staff and acting Foreign Minister, Empire of Mozambique.
