Subject:Satellite Launch next week on Monday...

Ladies and Gentleman,

The United Provinces of India is beginning an emergency satellite launch program, so that we may get our eath orbiting communications satellites back into orbit, so that we may have long range communications again. Also, we will be asking if anyone wishes to help our nation out with the construction of our Space Launch Facility outside Calcutta. This facility will be open to any nation who wishes to launch satellites, or even manned expeditions, into orbit. However, for the moment, we have to launch our satellites out of our rocket testing zone near the Great Indian Desert. So, any nation that wishes to place a payload aboard our launch, can contact us via diplomatic channels, and can send the payload either via sea, or air. I understand that their is a problem with piracy in the air, but, we will attempt to keep fighter escorts on any flights leaving any continent, including Antarctica. Thank you for your time.

Dear Sir, The Confederation of South Sea Islands boasts numeros space prorts (10 in all) that previous nations (in our world) used. We extend an invitation for your nation to use these spaceports, and spare yourself the hassel of making your own. Please, feel free to contact me if you are intrested.

Subject: Space Port usage

Well sir, I thank you for your invitation. We will be shipping some of our rockets over to your shores early tomorrow morning on a cargo freighter. We will be having it guarded with a destroyer screen, and an escort carrier. But, we will be launching the rest of ours from our Great Indian Desert Launch facilities. We wish to be self sufficiant within the next few months, so that we do not have to worry about relying on others. Plus, we have some plans that the European Union, NASA, and our scientists were in the process of designing, for a space habitat, a space colony to be more precice. Perhaps we should get together some time next week in Calcutta to discuss this? Thanks for your time.

That is very fine with us. I can assure you that your rockets will be lauched succesfully.
We are intrested in your colonization proposals. 'We' do not have any spacecfat of our own, nor facites, as they belonged to the pre-relocation nations. However, i doubt they will protest if we use them. Shall we send a delegation to your nation to discuss things further?

Subject: Delegation

Well sir, your delegation is most welcome in Calcutta. You may send them whenever they wish. Furthermore, we were in the process of constructing the facilities, along with our Space Launch Facility. The facilities are almost completed, while the Space Launch Facility is specially built to handle the large load Saturn IX, X, and XI model rockets that would begin launching the colonies into space. When do you expect the delegation to arrive in Calcutta? If it is within the next week, we will be able to get all the relavent information on terraforming of planets, and asteroids (All theoretical of course). We will have everything for your delegation when they arrive. Thanks!

Sir-

I am interested in providing funds as well as metals to aid your launch. Although Brisbane State does not have the full financial strength to fund a launch of it's own, it is welcome to assist another country's efforts. A ship bearing these supplies have been earmarked for arrival at your ports. I assume you hold territory in what was Southern India?

Subject: Holdings of the UPI, and launch facilities

Dear Sir,

The UPI thanks you for your interest in helping us complete our launch facility. The UPI holds territories in mainland India, but does not control the very southern tip of India, instead, a small, pre-industrial nation known as Sri Lanka/Tamila, who are currently fighting each other. As we do not control these nations, I wouldn't suggest sending any ships into port in Sri lanka, or the extreme south of India. However, we do control mainland india up to the Hindu Kush, and to the east, we border with the Bhrat convrence in the lands that once were Bangladesh, nepal, Burma, and extreme eastern India. Once again, thanks for your interest, and we look forward to having more exchanged with your nation soon.
