Since Russia and its military is fairly massive, AND you're on the defense, I think you'll be able to mobilize at least half your force if not, like, three-fourths before the massive Russian armies arrive.

How much would you even have on the Border ?

I have no idea actually, though I'm thinking, since the Russians hate the Swedes oh so much, maybe half a division of infantry in Finland (approximately 5,000 troops, according to my sources) and I'll be mobilizing mostly from St Petersburg, to send in oodles of troops to Finland and then to pour into Sweden.
