(EI staff postings ONLY, others will be deleted. Responses may be made in the EI Public Relations Thread)

Seeing as the floodgates of wisdom have failed to open fully in the pre-1900 forum, I have reached this descision:

Each player will be required to make up a (brief) TL for their own nation, which will be required to match up with a summary of the current world situation/world map.
The EI-vets know that, on EI, this usually didnt turn out well, but I think that here on AH.com we can most likely trust people to create a reasonable alternate-history for their nation. I will begin working on the situational summary once this topic is posted, so we can all get on with the fun stuff, that is, killing each others citizenry in large amounts.
ALL timelines must be approved by myself, Yankee (Mexico) or the as-yet-unselected AH.com moderator. This includes Yankees and my own, and the AYUAHM's, if he/she choses to play :p

---

Also, if one of the AH moderators would be so good, we need a voluntier to act as co-administrator for the EI forums, 'consul' if you like. Essentially your job is to make sure I dont go insane and start descriminating against AH.com'ers. Help with approving timelines would be good to :P

---

As far as I am concerned now, the map is finalized. Any changes will have to be made ICly via the standard method of killing people until the other side gives you the land you want. You may also raze villages and pillage, but rape is prohibited. All soldiers must be at least 5' tall to ride.
No outside food or drink.

Risban has been appointed a moderator, specifically relating to realism in general.

I still need an AH.com mod to voluntier for insanity-monitoring duty :P

Because of all the idleness, next week will be 1861 as well.

That is all.

Well, assuming we see no activity by Thursday, this EI will be kaput. We'll be starting the new one based on the "The Guns of the Tawantinsuya" timeline, by Robertp6165 (who has agreed to let us use it on the condition that we dont profit from it. So no selling books based on this RP.)

The TL is visible here:
http://www.geocities.com/robertp6165/tawantinsuyacontents.html

Also check out his other TL's. Good stuff.

The start date will most likely be late 1700's - early 1800's. The 1850's is beggining to dull.
