Ladies and Gentlemen of South America:
It has come to my attention that in this troubling times there are amnythings that we, as a continent need to discuss. It would be our pleasure to host the first South American Conference in Thomasville, Amazonia. One of the most beutiful cities in the country if not the world. While you take inthe beautiful sights we can discuss matters of political, economical, militaristic importnace.
Thank you for your time and we hope to see you there,
Thomas Heathcliffe
President of Amazonia

The Dominion of Argentina-Chile is interested in such a conference. Perhaps the issue over refugee control could be discussed as well as trade. I am curious though on what date you seek to hold this conference.

I must appologize we made a move from one building top the next and I haven't been able to communicate with the other countries as much as I would have liked. That being said, I propose that we have a conference in the next month or so. I would like to hear from the other countries when we should meet.

Attending such a conference in Thomasville would be acceptable for us, President Heathcliffe. As for a date, I would suggest October 5 as a good enough span of time for the various nations of South America, as you call it, to make the arrangements for sending an envoy to Amazonia. I shall myself attend and look forward to seeing my counterparts from Chile-Argentina, Australia, the Falkland Islands and Colombia and Guyana, as well you yourself President Heathcliffe. I would also like to invite observers from the Republic of Yamania and Kingdom of Hawaii if they are indeed going to be sending soldiers to this continent. Perhaps Yamania's participant may be more than an observer since their continent-nation is in close proximity to this continent. Does this sound acceptable?

October 5th works for the nation of Amazonia as well. Those other counrtries are morte than welcome to watch the goings on of the convention. For South America to be taken seriously around the world, the world must first see the South America as global trade partners. By observing the nations at the conference these other countries will beable to get a better understanding of how all of our diverse countries work.
