Citizens of the Dominion, it is with a heavy heart that I must inform you of the loss of our world. We longer have the domiance of the Continent nor the respect that was ours throughout the world. In lieu of that, we are now a piece within this vast world where no country is alike and all are different piece from every possible avenue in history.

Therefore we must try again as a member state in this world to re-gain the stability that was of our world. To do this, I have commissioned several attempts on creating diplomatic ties with our neighbors on the Continent. So far, these avenues have been with much success with our neighbors agreeing to estabish the very basic bonds of friendship.

As for the Old World, that is a different question. No doubt you have read it in the papers that a state most similar to the Barvarian Republic did come during the Event bearing dominance over the Caucuses. This has provoked many of it's neighbors to denounce such inhumane policies acted within those lands to the point that a military action is proposed to, as the yanks might say, can them in the hole.

There has been much controversy within the Parliment on what to do with this problem. After all, a good stock of you have relations from the Homeland with our very language being of that area. Our matters should be focused on those that we have relation to, such as the Mother Country and the Homeland, to see if any of them still last.

It is part of my duties as Chancellor to be the Head of State. It is also my duties to establish relations with other nations so that our Dominion may prosper. The Dominion never had relations with the Caucuses and no bearing on this Union that claims rulership of what is (was) Poland. In fact, that was all under Russian rule and the Dominion was of Western origin.

Yet the matter remains on how to deal with this world. A man should have friends when he moves into a new house. Thus my offer of friendship to this Union and the other nations.

I seek not to blacken our eyes to the matters of our home. That matter has been 'dressed a thousand times with troops scattered along the borders, ready to shoot the nearest Redarm near. We are always vigilant; our men at hand for the nearest battle; the cannons primed and armed.

We are in a new world. We are on a new Continent. A promise is here that once challenged Wellington when he first landed on the shores of Buensarez. We can do much with diplomacy- and the gesture that was put forth to the Old World can result in firmer relations in the future. Our eyes are not blackened; they are open, wide, with nary a blink 'pon the fragiles of an open hand.

Thus it is that I have commissioned an envoy and detail to this Conference in a hope of a peaceful end to that eastern threat; for those inside, there is the forces that patrol our land for any Redarm attack possible. It is my hope that peace can come to the Old World and the Continent that was in our world.

Thank you for your time,
Chancellor Graves Aarilia Guiterrez
Dominion of Chile-Argentina

His Honour has been most gracious to let the citizenry be privy to his hopes and desires. His dreams are quite tempting to say the least. However, there is a certain drawback to his words- they have been spoken before.

It was spoken by the great speaker Prime Minister Allende during the Black Years. It is widely known of his fate by his words.

Caution should be present within the movements of diplomacy. After all, who knows where our paths of peace take us. There is also the matter of external diplomacy and the ramifications of sending an aide convoy to far away lands that have no effect on us.

The military should be kept here, forever on guard from the threats that Redarm and other movements pose. It is a fact within the Government that efforts to use the military as a factor for peace was refuted by the Incans mainly because their dependency on the Japanese. Although I cannot reveal my resources, it is astonishing the speed in which their ministries work and the sluggard pace that ours take.

We need a firmer hand within diplomacy, and that can only be seen on the Continent, then the Old World and other lands. Not far away Poland.

Section 11
"Regionalism in the Dominions"

[i]...Much of the regions are divided into areas heralding pre-Liberation and the Liberation era. Those of the Landing origin tend to be seen mostly around in the coastal areas and hubs of transportation. Those of the pre-Liberation era tend to prosper in resource abdundant areas and agricultural sites. Between these regions, several nicknames have emerged that has earmarked the ever-current divisions between our Dominion...

...was spotted touring the streets of Wellington. Although no comment was allowed to be given to the press, the envoy from Antartica expressed wonder that such a mergence of cultures were present within the city's architecture and citizenry. He also expressed interest on the "Creole" culture, even pausing to buy a dictionary and a mystery novel. The Government has affirmed rumors that the envoy will be touring the Inner Forts to see the military side of our fair nation in hopes of a defensive pact to be reached. This notion has been met by some opposition by members of the military due to the tenacious behaviour of finding out the notable edge we have over the Yanks of our World. The Government has given no confirmations on whether this edge has been privy to the talks with the envoy or other nations.

...all commercial and industrial enterprises were allowed to operate on their own by an Act of Parliment. This act was passed mainly due to the heavy protests by owners of those enterprises during the Early Days. Although the Act does allow freedom on their own operations, all deals with foreign nations must be consulted with the Minisistry of Commerce. Although most of the small enterprises did not protest this attachment, much of the big companies (Argentilean Electric, Argentiliean National Telephone Company,...) protested. ANTC spokesman Anadez Forn is quoted in saying:

Companies as our size needs outside facilities. Without these facilities we cannot become the true representation of Argentiliean progress within the commercial field. I plead on the behalf of the prosperous future, to allow deals both within the Continent and the World to be done by our supervision and not the MoC. If this is a 'free world' let it be free.

Comment by the Ministry of Commerce was referred to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, whom replied to the question during a press conference about the Polish Affair-

...Of course they want ouside facilities. They probably want to mimic the activity that Yank companies did in Mexico and Columbia. But mind you, that we currently have an Incan Empire and an Australia sitting on our northern border not to mention a Yamanian Republic to our rear. We simply cannot make deals without supervision. These powers are not known to us and government presence must be made to maintain an image (of control)

...Today envoys from the Incan Empire were seen touring our fair city. Although they are of our descendent, they were certainly astonished at the scars wrought by the many wars of our region. One of the envoy even let loose a tirade on the concept of tent cities and how prisoners are kept as chickens in a cage. Although the concept of the 'Wars was explained to him, the envoy attempted to give the usual speech on the Native People's rights and how the Foreigners did force their ways upon the Native Way. His tirade was soon clapp'd by the translator who did point out the Refor'st Clause of Taatisi Act. The envoy did express interest in the Taatisi Act and was directed towards Adun Taatisi herself, who did take the envoy a trip to the Refor'st farms.

An Antartican did tour our community today. He did express interest in our Old Ways and how it almost seemed like the Homeland. However, the main interest that he did show was of the Rommel Memorial. There was some conflict, it did appear, on the reasoning why he was revered so. In his world, he did tell us, that Rommel was part of the Brownshirt Movement, and did participate in the battles against the Marikaeners during the Second Great World. The envoy didst include details of our Rommel showing interest in the desert sands of the Borrons, eventually becoming a fox that almost came night to wound the United Kingdoms. This shock did appear around our community on such polarity on our dearly beloved leader, for such activity was naught within the legacy he did leave. Rommel was a hero of our land and his life's blood did shed for our lives in the present. More tellings of Rommel's connextion to the Brownshirts were averted by the grace of Rabbi Jurden, who did invite the envoy to a Freitag Mass, in which confounded the envoy even more on the brotherhood of the Juden and Christan.

HR: And your opinion of their words?

KM: I'm not too sure about them. They're ratting on how there's protests against the deal they struck with the Achans-

HR: What do you think of the deal?

KM: Well Herney- as much as I am honoured by the presence of the Emporer- I find it troubling that the Emporer would do such an action against people of his own blood. I mean- it's almost a step to what the Yanks did to my people during the Great War

HR: Yet this is not the Great War-

KM: Yes- but we're in the Dominion now- and we've been at war for so long- I just want to know why the Emporer has done this action that bespeaks of conflict-

HR: Does our action not speak of the same thing?

KM: No. We're fighting for our peace. The Empire has just given the trigger to the Achans- and-

HR: Did we not give the same -

KM: Herney- they were the Yanks.

HR: Packets by the Government did point that they have anti-Yanks in their country-

KM: Yanks are Yanks Hereney. I'm just afraid that those Yanks are our Yanks, with the Emporer at bayonet-

Government

...average visitor to the Dominion should notice that the Dominion does not act on the same principles as Canada or Australia does. Rather, it has a very unique governmental structure that runs along the same lines as the United States does with some deviances. There is an expanded 'federal' branch due to the combination of the two Dominions. The Chancellor is chosen through a roatation of retired Prime Ministers and Members of Parliment. The Prime Ministers themselves serve can serve on as members in the SCF or as Ambassadors in the Foreign Service.

...rare that the Chancellor can wield power direct from the Crown. Due to the long periods of instability that plauged the Old World, the post of Chancellor was retained mainly for show. This lasted for about 50 years until the Resurgance of the UK, where the Chancellor was finally re-activated as the representative of the Crown. In the modern day, the Chancellor is more or less the representative head of state for the Dominion with some powers over Government in times of emergency. Only then does the Chancellor ever have powers of the Crown.

Government Acts

...can be said of the Allende Years- that the true appreciation of the Native and Hispanic Peoples were finally realized through the Taatisi Act. This act was revolutionary in it's powers by finally allowing them the rights that post-Liberation population had with land grants given as compensation during the Liberation. Most of these grants were first concentrated in the Northern Chile, where it was hoped that the native peoples would profit from the mineral wealth of that region. Over time, grants in the Lower Provences were allowed in light of the extreme wealth that those regions had. (...) It was this Act that many governmental officials attribute to the lessening of conflict between our peoples...

Today a diplomatic snafu occured on the capture of one Seki Kagawa. Although it was reported in the Bynrock News that this person did protest his innocence, it was later shown by due protest by the Incan Imperial Delegation that this person was telling the truth. This irratation was quickly escalated due to the discovery of our Seki Kagawa masqurading as his double within the delegation as well as his attempt at achieving political asylum. Although the Ambassador did attempt to cover the criminal by his powers, it was firmly denied by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by a simple tour of the Bynrock Memorial Gardens. The Ambassador did come to some sense, but was quickly halted when he learned of the fate of Seki Kagawa. In a statement released yesterday, the Ambassador is quoted in saying:

Implementing (the) death (penalty) is crude even when this young man (did) attempt to free his own people. I implore the Dominion and the Chancellor to let this man (free) to his own people for judgement

So far, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has not replied to this statement, and the execution is to be done noontime tomorrow. It is not known if the Ministry has asked the other delegations on if any other snafus have occurred.

"News from Brasil"

It is unnerving walking the streets of Avalon and seeing every sign in English. There is not a single word of Portuguese nor Spanish in any store sign or menu. The average pedro is worse off- speaking as a normal Englishman would- with the references only adapted to Brasil and not England.

Then there is the language itself, devoid of any Dutch or German that one would have from the Homeland. His Honour had a hard time just ordering fish and chips from a pub without repeating himself to the waiter. It was only after drawing a fish that the waiter could actually understand.

Apparently the England that Brasil has pledged it's loyalty is a far different one than ours. There was no Continental Wars, no sons of Orange, and no linking of the Low Countries to England. There wasn't even our proud Prince Eugene- letting the Continent to rot under the Prussian and Austrian crown.

The only comforting thing that these Brasilians have is football. There is a stadium here in Avalon that the local teams come and practise their skills. There is even a rising star within the programme that is most famed for his 'bicycle' kick- most similar to our Pede.

I miss Sao Paul.

...raid in Westmark City revealed several movements and plans to incurr a swath of destruction in key Chilean and Argentinian cities. A full news flash has been stated througout the Dominion on possible suspects and members of the Queachan Liberation Army. Several arrests within South Wellington and Midmark Station have been reported by both Argentiliean and bluecoat forces. Other reports have stated several Nisi citizens to be threatened in a stone death but averted thanks to the timely arrival of the Argentiliean Military. All Nisi citizens and Quechan descendents have hereby ordered to report to the nearest Argentiliean Bases for concerns on their security...

...redarm activity has been reported in the Island of Maus. Supposedly this redarm group has been attributed to a religious rather than a political agenda. This concern was quickly roused out in Parliment with Prime Minister Mendez firmly stating that such activity has not been reported within the Dominions since the Long October. Prime Minister Mendez also attributed such trends to be of Merican origin, even so far as to label the movement a 'pagan cult'. Commentary from the Taatisi States were quickly aroused with Prime Minsiter Mendez pointing out that the 'paganism' that she meant was of Deseret Kirsche, in which was removed when the Event occurred....

...questions came up in the Stoneface Government Bill in Parliment on the status quo of the Bluecoats. Secretary Bill Onaface came up to the measure that the Bluecoats were acting along the perimeters established by the Ministry of the Interior. A protest by Commoner Williams (L-Southmark) did come up on the matter of the Incan Affair. Secretary Bill Onaface replied to that comment that it was the Argentiliean Air Force that did the action; mostly by it's Raven Wing- and not by Bluecoat assistance. This brought on more deliberations with no clear conclusion set on the Bluecoats perimeter. It is hoped that Speaker Atsogo will present the issue to the House of Lords on that matter as well as the Argentilean Parliment.

"...I categorically deny any involvement of the Incan Empire with the internal affairs of the Dominion of Chile-Argentina and, quite frankly, resent the apparent paranoia so many in the Dominion seem to hold against us. The Imperial Incan Army has been doing its utmost to intercept these redarms or terrorists or whatever it is the Dominion calls them, up to and including aerial scouting by aircraft of the Flying Corps. We have done all we can to pursue normal diplomatic and commercial relations with the Dominion but have been dealt precarious situations, such as this past Seki Kagawa case. Instead of blaming us, your western neighbors, I call upon the Dominion of Chile-Argentina to better control their side of the border and stop allowing the entry of so many of their undesired extremists into our land..."

...I, in fact, think that these European barbarians in that Dominion are sending these redarms into our lands, whether they be unwanted criminals or even agents of their own government. They send them into the lands of our Empire so that they can come up with excuses to send in their military forces to wreak havoc with our innocent civilians. I would not be surprised, in fact, if these incursions were but training for their military to mount a full-scale invasion of our territory. Look at the facts. They even framed an innocent Incan interpreter as one of their criminals to give themselves an excuse for war. Just as in the universe from which we were taken by this Event, the Europeans seek to conquer the peoples of Viracocha and Amaterasu...

...It is not surprising that the Japanisch blame us for the redarms. It is not surprising that the Japanisch blame us for their sorrows. However, it is entirely suggestion that the Japanisch think that we started the struggle.

While it is true that the Japanisch have had several problems in the recent days, pleading safety to the Army is coward's act. The only reason why they were given protection under the Taatisi Act was that they had a long standing with the accurssed Liberation Fronts that populated our realm. Their own poison forced them into hiding that caused us to face their sins.

They should bear their own faults on their own shoulders. Have their milita formally join the Army as a intregated unit. Have their enclaves formally join the cities that they are in. The Allemains did it. The Dutch did it. The Spanish even did it. Why should they be special on the sins of their exiled Cains? It bears no reason, no logic, and no sense with a capital S!

The Emporer should stuff himself in picked ale. He thinks that he is so hoity-toity that he can order us around. I want to put him on a stool and tell that we are doing a d--n good job of the border. In fact, it was our duty during the Long October that saved Peru from the chaos that was Brasil!

But- the Emporer, in his Quechan robes, demands that we do a better job than we have been doing. If he was here, I would have him tour the Iceapeaks and the Coalrocks. I would have him even tour Corodoba and Gallow Line. Every redarm that we come across meets with death. If they deal with death in our realm then we kill them. In fact, that is the reason why we stuck Kagawa in Coalrock 7- the d--n killer of Sujun Allende and the rest of the Socialist Party.

The Emporer has no right to point out how we should be doing our job. He is pagan down to his bearskin robe and bone club. He has no bearing of civilisation as we know it. If the Incans were so powerfull, then why are the redarms inflitrating his boundary left and right?

...due to the Emporer's announcement on the radio on the Dominion's "insult", mass drives of Quechan descendents showed up at Argentilean bases to sign up for their annual registration. It is not known why such a reverse effect has occurred; some officers point out the relative success they have under the Taatisi act as well as the "new enlightenment" that Taatisi himself promoted. Many of the recruits have been taken and sent off to green camp, most notably in Quiting, OT. More recruits from various other communities are continuing their duty to the Crown with even child-bearing women showing up. (...) Those of the civilian nature have been assigned the C Corps where they will hopefully bring strength to the Dominion....

...in the meantime, Nisi communities have suddenly experienced the opposite effect with many commonplace citizens being scorned at their "warmonging" of our Incan neighbors. Supposedly, the belief is that the Emporer is acting on the behalf of the Japanese Emporer, whom seeks to expand a stronger hold on the Continent. Already several innocents have been stoned in the remote villages of the Dominion with District Guards quickly dispatched to cease all future events. Most Nisi citizens on the Chilean street have taken the guise of "being Korean" or "Chinese" to avoid persecution on the street. Ironically, this guise has inflamed the Korean/Chinese citizenry to the point that District Guards have been dispatched to stop angry mobs from forming. Prime Minister Mendez has pleaded to the nation to cease all hostilites against each other and, surprisingly, has poked Cardinal Epoz to do the same on national radio....

Excerpt of editorial from Chan Chan Newsletter

...I think it is quite obvious what sort of nation the Dominion of Chile-Argentina is. In our old universe, I held the view that we should pursue a thawing of the cold diplomacy and constant border skirmishes of the European nations to our east in order to finally have peace for our people and all the peoples of the Pacific Ocean, as well our European neighbors. Some of my colleagues have said that the Dominion is simply 'barbarous' and seeks to conquer our nation, but I feel we should try to better understand them before we rush to rash judgements. As it appears to me, the Dominion seems to be a nation constantly at war with itself, as witnessed by all of these 'liberation fronts' and the persecution of those of their citizens that are descended from our brethren across the Pacific, the Japanese. As alien as it may seem to us, who have have long enjoyed domestic tranquility with our homogenous population, the Dominion is made up of various peoples who each claim their own seperate and distinct 'national identity' and each seek to carve their own realm from the Dominion. Perhaps as a ploy to divert attention from their own internal strife, their newspapers and, yes, even those of their government seek to pin the blame for this same internal strife on foreign governments. They apparently did the same in their old universe with another European grouping from the northern continent and they seek to do the same in this one with us and the Empire of Japan. This is not an unknown phenomenon, as witnessed by Europeans of our own universe and especially the xenophobic Chinese. Though I long for the days when we Incans can finally live in peace and prosperity, we can not have true diplomatic peace with the Dominion while they continue to lack inner peace...

In response to this entitlement, Commoner Yaktuza becomes the Prime Minister of Chile with special elections arranged for his district. It is not known what will happen to the Chancellor or if arrangements will be held on getting the Crown's approval (even though it is ceremonial). Although such matches have been on hold due to the Event, much of the members of both team were allowed on leave due to the ceasing of the usual chaos. Much of the population in Wellington flooded the gates for this practise match with the crowd divided on how much damage the Fusilers would deal to the Knicknocks for their previous match. (...) The Fusilers did a mighty blow to the Knicknocks with Yosiphili managing to orchestrate a full on cavcharge, thereby allowing QuickJim to make a pass to the gate. Although much of the cavcharge did take the Knicknocks by surprise, Brighthed Misili (No. 15th) did interefere with QuickJim's run by doing his famous Leaper move. This stopped the Fusilers in their tracks with Captain Usepfele forced to lean upon his Flanker move. This move was soon outed by the Quertin's defense, adopting the Weddler's Wall and merging with the Pincer. By the time 3rd Quarterbell rang, the Knicknocks had managed to outpace the Fusilers by 3 points, leading the match by 27. (...) In the 4th Quarter, much of the previous defense was caught into a tie with both Captain's utilising dueling tactics in order to gain the upper hand. This only resulted in a brutal stalemate with 5 players forsed to be carried off the field in 5:35 and 2 more players in 5:45. Finally, QuickJim leant his position to SlowBim, whom used the Roman Square to break the Knicknocks tie and win by default. (...)Sadly, much of the Brasilians who had attended the match had bled out by the brutal fighting that incurred in the match with the oft complaint that it was "too bloody". This movement was ceased in the 4th Quarter with some of the Brasilians getting into a fight between Knicknocker and Fusilier fans.

It was recorded by observers that much of the test audience was relatively open to the uneven quality of that season, some of the participants were interested in the character of Nibor Fang. Doctor Mann

Originally adapted from the Mann comic series that ran in the Wellington Daily News from '54 to '80, it doctumented the travels of Doctor Mann in the realms of time and space. However, in it's initial run, Doctor Mann was not really popular given the limited run of original stories that it's writers conjured up. In it's 3rd season, a popular producer by the name of Peter Reilly bought the series from Wellington Syndicate Movies and put forth a change that propelled the series into new heights.

(...)

Much of the popularity attached to Doctor Mann's growing popularity mainly rested on an orphan recruited from the Lower Kingdoms by the name of Nibor Fang the introduction of Blackjack Tom. Similar to the introduction of the series, Nibor was not entirely too popular with the audience. At the time, most of the fans of the show sent in hordes of fan-mail on why an Austrian was included in a position of weight in the series. Peter Reilly's famous response to this was to include the famous "Wynn" Twist, where it was revealed that Nibor was actually Doctor Mann's ancestor transplanted in the '40's thanks to Blackjack Tom's shininanigans with his machine...

Dominion of Argentina Chile

Your Honour;

Negotiations have gone smoothly on establishing a listening post for further information on dealings with the New World. From what my counterpart has established, much of the demands are on the exact numbers that will be allotted from the Dominon and of what branch. I have tried my utmost to provide expertise on security from the Army but they have taken notice of Section 3 and 10. It is their point that if intelligence is gathered; therefore a member from Section 3 & 10 should be present in this sharing. Your opinion is needed on those members that are of availiablity and those that are not.

There is also the matter of the fishermen from Lowtun. Avalon has been most gracious on allowing our fisherman to grange in their waters as so long as they are cautious in their task. This boundary poses a certain risk to our industry with the publicly stated fact of the bluecod in large numbers giving a certain hope to those that float for their food. There is also the matter of other breeds and stock that live within that area. Again, I plead assistance on the exact policy I should tread on this matter.

Today I am delighted to find a Veyneross opening in Avalon. Thankfully they have all the foods that I have longed for while working here in Brasil. The only thing different is the burber, which has been corrupted to the Yankish "burger". Much of the workers have taken residence at the growing Dactown with bonuses paid for their transplantation. Business was good with most of the Brasilians enjoying the sauserbun and the jamcracker. Some actually asked if most of the Veyneross's owners were Judish- which is really funny because msot of them are Creole.

While eating my shromberber, some vicar came over and got into a discussion about missions. Whilst they are carefree on any rules that a Papist might cling on to, they are prickly on the rules that are in those Kirsche that have taken root here. The Vicar was mainly taken aback on the issue of the saints and how they seem to "mess up th' Word o'God". I allayed his feelings, stating that it's the Creole Way and that I was really not the person to be approached on that subject. 'Course the vicar then tried to push on the idea on how native Dac'ers seem to be repelled on the idea of them bein' married and having kids within the Kirsche. I attached it with the whole border snags and relayed him to the Ambassador.

Imagine to my surprise that I was half an hour 'yond my whistle break. His Excellency took the excuse in stride and thus I went on to work.

...While I must agree with the principle that our nations must unite to face off any other conflict that might break out within our world; the fact must still remained on who is doing the talking. Scant information has been revealed of the United Provences of India as well as their motivations for doing so. Do they seek peacefull aims or creating a bloc as the Gringos did in our world? We simply do not have that information.

It is my opinion that a firmer bond should be stated with those allies that we do have in anticipating events such as these. Brasil has been kind enough to allow several listening posts along the Norde Coast and their western boundary. Northern Australia has also repeated this gesture by selling land to the Army in founding recepticals in the same manner.

Yet the point remains of the other allies that we possess. What about the Federated Republics of Guyana/Columbia? What about Hawaii and the CSSI? These two areas would be quite ideal in establishing the former dominance that we possessed on the Continent.

Minister Gomez and Chancellor Mendez must appeal to these goals else we shall be shunted away in our own squabbles and reglegated as Poland or New Zealand.

Dear Editor-

Amongst the many things that Chancellor Mendez must address in her new term is the matter relating to our northern border. While a shaky peace has emerged between our two nations, hostitilty still reigns within the Northern Provences. It is an unspoken fact that much of the Border Guards have started to conduct live-fire exercises within the areas near the border as well as heightened security by bluecoats in advent of an invasion.

I am not a Conquisiti. I am heavily pro-Liberal with much of my employees either Taatisi or Japanisch. In fact I am seen more in Japanisch rituals than at the usual Mass or Saint's Day.

But the fact still remains on our northern border. Who knows what the Empire is doing to it's fellow Empire? Are they armoring them with super-jets and tank-busters? Do they have AA missiles or an A-Bomb?

They are not talking and neither is the Ministry. Let us hope then that the bluecoats are ever vigilant and the government true.

Dear Editor,

In response to Mr. Menyot's letter, I must protest on the presumption that the Incan Empire poses a threat to the DAC. While it has been noted that no attempt has been made on a stable peace concerning the boundaries, there has been less hostile attitude towards the Imperial Envoys. In fact, a fourth game of football has been scheduled amongst the Border Guards that patrol the Allende Sector with odds favoring the Imperials.

The Incan Empire poses as much potential as the Brasilians with the added need of extending our friendship to that limit. They do possess the ample resources that Norwes Territories did sit upon and could be used in the modern day. Let our Conquisiti tendencies not cloud our eyes and simply treat them as the Brasilians or the Guyanians.

...today it was reported that another nation has appeared in the areas formerly occupied by Russia, Ukraine, and the Indian Dominion. Whether or not Whitehall will make the motions to open relations with those nations has not been stated. However, the growing concerns that Whitehall is mainly concentrated is the succession crisis and the issue on the OT. Lately, there has been movement within the OT on being a sovereign dominion within the DAC (much similar to the Falklands) with the growing opinion within Parliment on having the OT holding the status that the Falklands have. This has been countered by most Commoners of that provence, due to the booming economy that has emerged between our northern neighbor. Their proposal is mainly to have it similar to the NWT with an emphasis on giving their provence as much liberty as Chile or Argentina. Debates on this issue have taken the HoC hostage with actual physical fights breaking out with the Commoners as well as lobbyists for the OT's cause. Her Honour has made it clear that these fights would cease if continued to swords with her actual presence lodged behind the Sovereign's Chair....

...on the other hand, commerce has not been so robust with the Empire. Much prejudice has broken out on the ideals that the Empire has as well as the favouritism that it shows to Taatisi merchants. This has resulted in street fights with the formal threat issued on martial law stated in the areas of combat. There is also a growing disagreement on what the Ministry of Interior's actual approach on the issue of border security and redarm inflitration. Although the redarm threat has been averted, there has been a steady increase of illegal miners crossing the border for the precious minerals that are steadily decreasing in the Norpeak region. Exact procedures on extraditing caught miners within Empire territory has not been addressed. Rumor has it that most of the prisoners have managed to be 'let go' due to the revealing of their "Taatisi" heritage. It has not been firmly stated on what the Empire's approach on this tactic will be but a surge within the gold/silver market has been recorded in Santiago...

This movement, however, has forced Prime Minister Yaktuza to push for the Moble Groups to firmly cease all activities towards the border due to the Empire's anti-Europanos attitude....

...merchants within the Empire have gone to some lengths in recruiting people of Japanisch descent. It seems that Taatisis aren't really treated as well as rumored. Some of the Taatisis have been insulted to their face on their supposed "betrayal of their kind". This has broken out to verbal disagreements and shifting of commerce towards Brasil....

...A name has been reached for the OT in the long discussions on becoming a dominion. This name is Maigary- Creole for "Gre[en]lan[d]". A vote has been scheduled for voting on this issue in the OT. On another note, debate on the the terms of office and provencial budget are still on going, despite Commoner Longki's proposition of it being just like the Falklands. It is expected that the debate to continue until the end of the week...

...La'send has become the port-of-call to many bluecod fisherman as well as several Brasilian merchant firms seeking a preview of DAC markets. Several empty blocks have been subject to revival mainly due to this increase of commerce. This motion has resulted in the recruitment of Falklander masons whom have passed the word on to the rest of the DAC for future work sites....

....cities such as La'send, Illslip, and Dimofor have been subject to the great success that the DAC has been having with Brasil. Word has spread throughout the nations of the oppertunities that Brasil offers with the OT acting as the gateway to these fields. There has even been offers by Prime Minister Belem to his counterparts on linking the roads between the realms to offer better transportation than fourwheels, boats, and planes. It is hoped that this offer will be treated kindly compared due to the success and the common history that our nations share...

Excerpt of editorial from the Cuzco Gazette

...about time, I say! These Chile-Argentines have been infiltrating our border for the last few weeks (and shortly after this latest war scare no less!) and have been illegally mining and stealing our mineral wealth to send back to the Dominion coffers in Wellington. This publication has been demanding that attention be paid to the situation and the Secretariats in Cuzco have finally listened. Those local officials near the border with the Dominion still believed we lived in our old reality, the one where their territory was safely deep within the borders of the Empire and Shippou, that extension of our reality's Empire of Japan, was on our eastern border where the bulk of Chile-Argentina now lies. Those fools allowed all of these illegal miners and even, I joke not, Christian missionaries to cross into the Empire and steal our wealth and subvert our people.

But no longer, I am happy to say. Bureaucrats from pre-Event border territories have been sent to replace the fools on the Empire-Dominion border, and reinforcements of the Army and its Flying Corps have been sent to throw those Chile-Argentines back into the Dominion. As I'm sure you have heard, some of these Chile-Argentines fortified themselves into the rougher country of the area as so many of the Dominion 'redarms' seem to do in their country. As if they belonged here! Again, I am happy to tell you readers that the Army has begun deploying our new heavy armored vehicles, or tanks as our Japanese allies call them, as well as anti-tank and battlefield support helicopters to assist the regular Army and Flying Corps in finding and reducing each of these Chile-Argentine fortresses. Soon all of these Chile-Argentines will be ejected from Imperial soil...

Excerpt from The Wellington News Report
Oct. 2st (62 PE)

...tensions have arisen again along the northern frontier. Observations by various District Guards have been made of actual air wings and movements by military forces in various areas of fortification. Prime Minister Yaktuza has made it his point to allay fears of war by broadcasting a motion of peace with the added bit on peace. It is not known if the Empire will simply accept his address (made in Japanisch) or if accepted as a political ploy. It should be stated, however, that the current administration in both Federal and State levels are quite diverse compared to the previous one. Chancellor Mendez is the first recorded woman of Quechan descent holding the chancellorship with PM Belem being the first Brazilian and PM Yaktuza the first Taatisi/Japanisch holder of that office. (...) There is a rumor going about in Conservative circles on the sudden 'diversifying' of government ranks with the notion of a 'liberal conspiracy to achieve dominance within Whitehall' going about. It is hoped that such circles will not lead to attempted coups within their perspective provences and force the Army to show it's might. However, one must take in consideration on the limitations placed upon them by the Emergency Act...

...firm has declared intentions on building the first helioport in Illslip. Although this building will not eclispe the might that Wellington and Santiago have on other cities, it is the first building done by a foreign firm on DAC soil. So far, much of the construction jobs have been taken up by Falklanders and Borroners whom are talented in masonry. It is not known if the helioport will accomidate helios the size of Gull Hawks...

...the first import of Skyhawks have been recorded; mainly towards the Federated Republics on the idea of internal security. Much of the models that have been shipped to this land are of the AH model with reduced arms. It is not known if contractors and advisors have been recruited for this venture; negotiations on that fact are still on-going...

....recorded several camps have been persuaded to abandon their fortifications. Some of those returnees have been assigned construction duties in the OT. A small number of diehards have been reported on continuing their squatting. Prime Minister Yaktuza has made it his mission to close these squatter camps in hopes of lessening the tension on the border...

....the first foreign student exchange program has been announced with the Avalon University and the Royal Argentiliean University....
