Just to confirm the distinction is the POD. Thus Mrs Hitler having a miscarriage in late 1888, or Alois feeling ill and being off sex in the summer of that year would be in the Pre 1900 board?

I'd say yes... although the main changes will be of course after 1900, the POD itself is before...
