WI everyone wakes up with the body the had as 10 year olds

The television and movie industry, and the porn industry, go out of business overnight. Who the heck wants to watch nothing but ten year olds?
*Having had a minute to think this over, I realized that Dakota Fanning, the Olsen Twins, and Macaulay Culkin are out of work at their peak age. How ironic.
Then again, maybe we will still have the Cartoon Network.

The Tobacco, Liquor, and illegal drug industries are also wiped out, because everyone is now clean and sober. Candy becomes one of the world's foremost consumer goods.

AIDS stops spreading because no-one on Earth is having sex.

So the ASB want to see how things will work on earth if Everone over the age of 10 had there bodies they had as a 10 year old .

How would this change the world .

Rember there are a lot of jobs that a ten year old body is just to small to do .
Would civlization Fall or would we just muddal though for the next 6 years .

I don't think so some people might get off on being 10 and having sex at 10

I don't think so some people might get off...having sex at 10A very tiny minority. Plus, since they haven't yet gone through puberty, they will not be able to perform at peak ability. A few embarrassing attempts and the thrill of being 10 will wear off.

maybe because of it robotics will get the highest possible priority and we'll see robots able to perform takes that are this physical demanding within a year or 2

What would happen to the children under the age of 10? They probably wouldn't listen to parents that they see as equals. Also, even though the new 10yr olds would retain their memories, skills and such...will the chemical make up of their bodies make them act more like children? They may be just like child prodigies who are really smart, but have no desire to go to work or have responsibilities and just want to goof around and play. In which case society would instantly crash because there'd be no labor/work force.

I don't think that is endoctrinally determined. Adults would still work. Less develpoed nations, where more f the work is done by hand, would be struggling.

The old people would be rejoicing. The 90-years old man, now 10 again, and with a far better medical technology available than when he was 10...

And all the stable old duffers who would be young again would help keep things on an even keel.

In 5 to 8 years, the world will be...interesting. Settles down again 5-10 years after that.

Scientists work like mad to reverse-engineer the effect. Not to reverse it, but to learn how to dulplicate it.

The demographics will be interesting. Imagine in 10 years when everyone has 20-year-old bodies. What a work force that is! And, there will be a gap of new people for 5-10 years which will have later effects.

Imagine when the 10-year olds all become 60 year olds. Now that's chaos.

Surely, the world will go up in flames.
