What would happen if Lewis and Clark found ice age megafauna along with all the stuff they found in OTL out west. I'd imagine that the settlement of the west goes roughly as OTL. Perhaps by now we see the US with a massively popualr big game hunting traditions(since the US is more of a funcitoning goverment than most of africa expect less poacing/illegal hunting). Maybe bigger national parks?

then eventually people will start getting concerned, they'd also appear in zoo's in eastern US and Europe, at least when zoo's start appearing they'd be star attractions.

it wouldnt just be mammoths etc, it could also be predatory megafauna, i'm sure there was an american version of a Lion, + Sabretooth tigers etc....

if there in Western US and Canada, what about rest of america's and possibly Eastern Siberia.

but in all likelyhood people would know already, i mean surely some of the megafauna could live nearer to Eastern US.
