May 10th, 1945.

The Cold War has not yet properly begun and Germany has just been beaten, when ASBs switch the armies into the opposite areas. France,Holland,Belguim,Italy, two thirds of Germany, most of Austria,Luxembourg,Denmark,Norway,Greece and the Channel Islands all find themselves occupied by the Red Army and NKVD rifle regiments.

One third of Germany including Berlin, Poland,Chezoslovakia,Hungary,Romania, Bulgaria, part of Austria including Vienna and a small part of Finland find themselves occupied by large numbers of US,British and Free French soldiers.

What happens?

Do they all agree to go back to the lines agreed at Yalta? If not, who refuses, and does it lead to WW3,or to a poor Western Europe and rich Eastern Europe?

The Soviets made the far better deal. Besides, they could choose to crush the remaining Western forces between them.
