What if a fast food restaurant chain, say McDonalds, had its own police force?

this isn't related totaly but when I was 9
my mom stoped at a McDonalds in midtown Memphis with me and my little brother, there was this creepy looking security guy standing outside and I didn't want to eat there so we walked next door to backyard burgers
When we came out there was a $10.00 fine on her car put there by that McDonalds...
She didn't pay it but complained to the corporate office
and we got free food for a year
