An ASB creates an artificial earth environment on the moon (including 1-G gravity, the so-called "Blue Area" of the moon) and also manifests Marvel comics' Inhumans there. He also alters earth's crust in subtly different ways, creating "Subterranea" complete with the Mole Man, monsters, and the little yellow men who serve the Mole Man (I guess the more obscure underworld villian Tyrannus is also manifested--Tyrannus is supposedly the last emperor of Rome, made immortal, and is served by a race of little orange men).
