In the latest version of the Crime Syndicate of Amerika Owlman is revealed to be the brother of Bruce Wayne.

What if in the regular DCU the Waynes had two children, Bruce and Thomas jr?

Bruce becomes batman while his brother becomes ratman!!!!!

What if in the regular DCU the Waynes had two children, Bruce and Thomas jr?It did happen, years ago. Thomas, jr. was hit by a car before Bruce was born, and was institutionalized with incurable brain damage. The Waynes died before they told Bruce his brother existed. Batman finally found out when someone (I forget who) used T jr. to commit a couple of murders. Then Deadman decided to take over T jr.'s body permanently to keep him out of trouble. That didn't last long because Batman was about to be killed and Thomas came charging in to save him, sacrificing his own life. Afterwards Batman thought that Thomas might have known, deep down, they were related.
