What if people could be executed for never breaking any laws?

That's tricky... at what point of their life would they be executed? Do they have to commit a crime before they are 18 years old?

That's a paradox.

If you don't break the law, you're breaking the law, so q.e.d. you're not breaking the law.

Question: What sort of crimes are we expected to commit? Crimes, by their very nature, are destructive to society. If we all just run rampant everyone would be killed off fairly quickly, I would assume. So there would have to be limits.

One violation every two years is enough. Also, you would still be given the appropriate punishments for those crimes.

Minor things like jaywalking become much more common...

Who has ever gotten caught jaywalking?

I remember seeing a cop jaywalk... it was hilarious, in my head at least.

:rolleyes:That's pretty obvious. See Third Reich, Pol Pot's Cambodia, USSR, slaves in the USA, Mongol Empire, etc, etc, etc, ...

And a most amusing paradox.

Its a Gilbert & Sullivan operetta, Ruddigore.

Wait, we have to be arrested for these crimes, or can we commit crimes but never get caught?
