What if the Three Rings were given to Men, and the Elves got the shaft? Haha, actually, no this thread is about space. Partially inspired by the Germany in Space thread, which helped me remember some old ideas.

So, here is a map... these rectangles are copied and transported into rotating self-sufficient rings in space, centrifugal force generating gravity. It wraps around to provide a continuous environment. Think of 'Halo', though nowhere near as large. The exact dates they were copied are 1100 CE. Each ring also has eight entrances, emerging from the 'underground' of the areas, and a 'frigate' a small high-tech pod holding 100 people or the same mass in goods, powered by fusion, that can travel interplanetary distances.

These are placed into the Alpha Centauri system at levels for enough light and heat to power the rings. Each is 400,000 kilometers from the other one (around the distance from Earth to Moon), and revolve so that they are always linear to each other.

Its 906 years and its 2006 CE, what do you think happened?

They seem to be random tracts of land, the german one only has like Dresden in it, the french one has no large city and the british one is random as hell
