The Soviet dominated states have been replaced by a strong German Empire and it's satellite states/allies

In Germanys hometime line The Irish rebelled somewhat earlier than in OTL the British remained neutral having their hands full with Ireland.
France not Germany violated Belgian neutrality first the two nations fought eachother to a stalemate
Germany does well against the Russians Austria-Hungary not so well the Russians occupy most of their country
the Germans come to Austrias aid and push the Russians out of the country
Italy joined the Central powers and also came to Austrias aid

It soon became clear with the Russians gone Germany and Italy were here to stay
The Soviet Union came to power took over White Russia and The Ukraine
The Baltic states became German satellites as did Hungary, Serbia, and Romania

Italy annexed parts of Austria
Bosnia became an Italian satellite as did Albania

Bugaria is allied closely with the two countries

WWII was avoided as was the holocaust

Germany and Italy have nuclear weapons
What will Nato do?

The green nations are the isoted states
The blue are democratic otl nations
Grey are non natio/ non european states

The tech level for the isoted nations is some what more advanced more like 1980 than 1970

If Germany defeats France in WW1 and Britain remains neutral.

then most of Africa would be German because Kaiser Bill would claim the french colonies just like France and Britain did in OTL to the german ones.

The Pacific would be very interesting too French indochina under German control would put a crimp on Japanese emperial goals.

SO you could have SE Asia in the German camp as well as most of Africa.

I remember reading that Germany were actually rather good colonial masters as the educated the locals and them let them run the colony almost autonomously.

Have a look at Isabel V. Hull, Absolute Destruction, Military Culture and the Practices of War in Imperial Germany, Cornell University Press, 2005. When German troops wanted to they could make the Concentration Camps Britain invented for the Boers look like Butlins. It's certainly effective to wipe out rebels and prevent future rebellion by destroying almost anyone who has, could or would fight them, but it's shockingly brutal. :(

The USA might be pretty happy to gain a stronger Germany as a potential ally.
The imperial Germans will be shocked to see a nuclear armed red Russia at it's eastern border. Both sides will mobilize their forces to the border and make threatening gestures at each other, but won't attack due to mutual assured destruction.
NATO would try to negotiate a de- mobilization. If they succed, they will try to get the ISOTed nations to join the Alliance.
In any case, if the war is avoided, Germany and Italy might soon see a time of massive economic growth due to their superior technology. This might not be got for the British economy.

I thought something like that but I decided to only isot European Germany and it's closest allies
I also made a mistake on the map Corsica is part of the isoted Italy and the Danish/German border is also changed

If WW2 and the holocaust didn't happen to the "new" nations I could see many people finding family members that had been dead in the previous europe because of war and holocaust, many would flock to the new nations.

And just an idea but what if the isoted nations had a Warsaw pact of their own since after all Warsaw is now a city in the German Empire :p

Yes that is the correct map
and they have a similar military alliance it's called the Prag Agreement
it was part of the treaty of Prag in 1921
Germany and Italy agreed to respect eachothers new borders and spheres of influence it created a militay plan and that all would fight as one if one was attacked. It was signed by all states isoted
