I'm looking a for a map of Europe in 1066 with all the political divsions, can anyone help?

I would think they'd focus on richer areas in the Levant or Southern Italy first.

I would think they'd focus on richer areas in the Levant or Southern Italy first. I needed this map for the future development of my Second Heptarchy. I will be having a strong Byzantine Empire ruled by a soldier-emperor descended from a son of Harold II who joined the Varangian Guard (the son, not Harold). You're probably right about them going for southern Italy first. That would mean they would be able to attack Croatia and Serbia from two directions at once
