It's a week from now, Earth is much like it is now, but then something completly unexpected happens. Suddenly at about Lunar orbit, a Squadron of Spacecraft from the 22nd Century (2143 to be presice) arrives. In the future many nations have pushed into the Stars. However, eventually space pirates arrose stealing ships and selling them to shaddy orgenizations. For this reason the Earth's governments began building armed spacecraft to fight these pirates, this led to an arms race and eventually most developed countries to build space navies. However these are not spaceships of the United States Star Force, but are of a smaller orgenization. They are three Toronto Class Heavy Cruisers in the Royal Canadian Star Navy.

These ships are loyal to Canada (the same nation that exists today). They also are not governed by any prime derective or any nonsence. Being sent back in time was a freak accident that won't happen again and the only way the Canadian Ships will get back to there native time period is waiting.
