Sounds kinda paganish to me there:D :D :D Add to the agenda what material to build our houses and defensive works

It is a good idea, however oddly mystical it might seem; after sunset is when people will stop working, but the full moon means that, at least on cloudless nights, we'll be able to walk home fairly easily.

Yes, the meeting time was chosen so even those without watches/calendars could easily from the night skies know when a meeting would be, and so as to least interfere with workdays, and for the best possible lighting conditions for the meeting and travel. Not that it will always provide those, but it was better than nothing in my estimation.
