The patron god of Tlaxcala (and of their allies Huexotzinco and Cholula as well AFAIK) was Mixcoatl, also called Camaxtli, though one book I have calls him Camaxtli Mixcoatl. He was apparently some sort of mythic deified ancestor of all these states. However I know basically nothing about the Tarascans, sorry.

The Tarascan's patron god was a fire god Curicaueri. They had a very interesting ceremony where on special occasions they would light a central fire in their capital which would be corresponded with similar sacred fires in villages across their entire territory.
