Maybe I'm having a brain dead day today or something but I'm having trouble finding info on the differences between what is a 'hot thread' and non-hot thread.
What's the magic number? 50 replies? 100 viewings? Some weird combination of the two? I remember seeing the info somewhere--but of course--now I can't find it.
