Arabs decide against embargoing oil to the West, 1973. Consequences?

US not interested in Middle Eastern peace plan, no Camp David. Syria and Egypt are preparing for another war, which happens either in late 70s-early 80s.
OPEC don't get so much petrodollars, less military extravaganza and less showing-off, not so much exposed social differences. Iranain revolution postponed and/or less violentlly islamic.
No oil alternatives, more polution. Less NPPs.
