Map of Midwest

I know I could easily make a map of the Midwest myself, but does anyone have any pre-made, easily colorable ones? Possibly including Ontario?

Well you could take my giant ass map(s) I posted in the NA map thread (two or three threads down) and crop out what you do not want.
