Damn Weber's goody-two-shoes writing :( I tried a couple of those books. Left me irritated at the constant good-luck that woman has.:( :mad:

I read them, but I much preferred his earlier works.

He suffers from the problem that many successful writers have. They think they don't need editors any more. Completely forgetting that the dreaded red pen was a significant factor in why they became so popular in the first place.

Weber's books are increasingly bloated and reading them, I always feel they could do with a damned good and very thorough edit.
