This one seems somewhat simple to me.
No Napoleonic invasion of Russia, means: 1. Russia drifts away from ties with France, but does nothing to attack the French Empire (as they would easily be crushed in an offensive war) , 2. No massive bleeding away of French and Empire manpower, no massive defeat of Napoleon and loss of prestige means Napoleonic Empire is secure.
At some point Napoleon takes an army down to Spanish peninsula, crushes Wellington's army. Then, either a peace with Great Britain or continued phoney war.
Napoleon would die in command of his Empire, and his son would inherit. The Empire would probably then fall apart, as Napoleon's death means the French army is more vulnerable to defeat.
