So what's this place going to be like in 2030?

I will be a prominent member, and only fools asking to be smited will call me "n00b"... http://www.websmileys.com/sm/evil/teu42.gif

I'll be 70... I'll be dead, in the nursing home gumming down my gruel and trying to remember my name, or permanently hooked up to the neural internet network....

1) 90% minimum of our hard core elite will still consider this a major part, if not THE major part, of their life.:(

2) IronYuppie's twins, born when I predicted, will have joined the board as LandYuppie and IronShark.;)

3) Weapon M will be a rare guest, since he seized control of the area from Michigan to Montana, primarily to stop Colorado, South Dakota, and Wyoming aka the Howery Consortium, from invading Canada. Only God knows what Governor General Doctor What might do if provoked!

4) Ian will have found real life long ago, and left it to some other member to run the place.

5) Young luakel will still be referred to as 'Urkel', 'babe', and 'newbie', even though he was identifed as Special Agent Samuel Ferguson of the FBI's Electronic Perversion Sub-Division long ago.

6) Grimm Reaper died in prison shortly after he tried to slip a family member a bit more cash from Social Security and inadvertantly destroyed all records from the West Coast. There is a reason Ian once called me 'Mr Elite Hacker' and it isn't pretty. Something about puppies.com?:o

7) The banter between kitjed23 and Fellatio eventually reached critical mass, destroying most of the British Isles.

Of course, Psychomeltdown doesn't join it on the ride to fame because he is sacked as EIC in 2007. Merry Prankster takes over in a coup. :D

Yes. Despite our mutual hate ( :D ) of each other, you are a very good EIC, catching most errors in episodes, being very creative, and only posting one episode late. Though I don't doubt that Matt would be very good...

In 2050, I'll be sixty. By then, I will have written several best sellers. One of which will have thanked the members of AH.Com for all of the hours of enjoyment I have gained. The only major problem in my life will be that a bunch of you bloody wankers will have tried of sue me for plagarism.

But why would Romulus marry Steve Urkel?

Straha will go to jail, as his huge naionwide drug empire will have been destroyed completely by his own paranoia. When he gets out, he will go into pro-westling and start a rebellion in some Eurasian Socialist country. When that's done, he'll somehow be blinded, and will be taken care of by a young clone of Chris O'Donnell in NYC...

In 2030, it'll be a neural hookup thingamajig with a 3D environment; the older members will have faced mandatory permanant hookup so that they're wisdom will be preserved for future generations. No way they'll do without Ward's slideshows and jerky!

Ward would be cloned?
In 2014 during the great Alien invasion scare when hundreds of thousands of people are cloned to be sent away from Earth in colony ships to colonize other systems and preserve human civilization. Strangely enough, and probably through some bureaucratic glitch, most of the members of AH.com are included. Of course, the aliens never invade but were just passing through and ignored the chatter we sent towards them.

I shall be 51, married, wealthy, and the CEO of one of the world's most powerful and influential corporations.

Either that, or I'll be kidnapped by aliens, although still have Internet access somehow, and I'll have just finished fighting my way back to Earth with a fleet of mercs I'll have marshalled.

What will I be doing in 2030? That's only 45 minutes from now (UK time) and even I don't know.

In 25 years' time? Probably still a bit of a perv, but a 53 y.o. perv. Almost old enough to become a bona fide dirty old man. (I do hope Mackintoshs come back into fashion by then.) :D

In 25 years, I hope to have written several novels and make enough money to be a full-time writer. I'll probably dedicate at least one to y'all, since a lot of the TLs for my AH work were born here.

Your are really gunning for that invite, aren't you? :D

Besides, I think anyone who officiates as a Best Man has to be over the age of 18: lie about your age and join the French Foreign Legion, serve the mandatory 5 years and as a consequence become a dual French-American citizen; then you don't need all that bother about getting a Visa as you will be an EU citizen. (And doubtless also with several amusing anecdotes about sand, forts and camels: pass on my regards to Beau. Tell him it was all meant in jest Geddit? .):D

IIRC Smuz mentioned that his friends think that he looks like one of the main characters.
