Can we set up a timeline page on the wiki before we put it in timeline's and scenarios? For instance, I already have around 12000 words in my timeline, but I want the first post in timelines and scenarios to be a bit longer. Can I set it up now?

Yes, but you should list it among the Timelines section, though ([[timelines: My Timeline]], making the precise url adress look something like "timelines/my_timeline").

If you'll add it to one of the main lists, be sure to put it into the right one (based on your TL's POD).

That's because the page doesn't exist yet, much less have links to it from other wiki pages.
