This first alternative timelines is 1924 : Germany , England and France support Poland !
In this scenario there aren't heavy and humiliating conditions for Germany!

The South and East Asia maps were a little hard to read, and are pretty unlikely to have happened. The Japanese certainly would not have received German New Guinea or the Bismarck Archipelago. Mostly for the fact that the Australians would have gotten there first - and they did.

Unless Japanese forces were actually sent to subdue the Dutch East Indies, its more likely that Britain would have dispatched forces from India, Australia and New Zealand. At best the DEI would have been divided between the British, French and Japanese.

In the Japan and India maps, are you implying that Japan controls India after the Germans leave? Because India was very, very British (hence the British India on the map). You might have gotten the shading mixed up.

ARGHH!! My eyes! What did you do to Russia?

Nice maps, but, eh, you know, I wasn't aware that we controlled outter Mongolia or Manchuria in 1914 - what happened? There was extensive interests in railway, but by no means was it actual control, you seemed to have turned a 1930ish map into 1914 and just change the shading for Japanese satellite Manchukuo into Russian.
