Need help finding an old AH Story

I remember this old AH story about an Anglo-American War in 1928(This nearly happened on OTL if the washington treaty hadnt been signed)
It mainly centered around a naval battle off of the east coast between the british battlecruiser Renown and,I belive the US battleship Maryland or one of the other Colorado or Tennesee Class battleships.


Anyone else ever heard of this story? Can you post it please?
