I've seen a book on how to draw Manga that does draw a distinction between Western eyes and Asian. It was really hard to tell but noticeable once pointed out. The site at Manga University (http://www.howtodrawmanga.com/tutorial.html) shows how to draw various eyes, but makes no distinction as to Asians

Strangely, some Anime show the occasional peripheral (and sometimes even central, ) character as having a blatantly stereotypical Asian appearance. (Grandpa in both Inu-Yasha and Sailor Moon) Others are shown with glasses that effectively disguise the eyes entirely. (Melvin in Sailor Moon)

I've often wondered if some of the Scouts were in fact supposed to be from half- American or Western Expatriate families. Usagi's mother looks much more Western than her father, Ami's family is hinted to have German ties, Rei's father is some sort of diplomat.

for 1 as far as my knowlage of anime goes there are somethings about physical apearance.

1 a persons caracter is en general is reflected in his appearance and hair collour.

2 more extreems every thing is more bautifull or ugly and bigger or smaller as it is now.

3 there will be a lote more beutiful women in general

4 women start being sexual attractive earlyer (tough this is of course personal taste in anime young girls are mostly drawn verry sexy)

this might have some of the following consequeses.

1 a certain for a racism becomes generaly accepted for example everything with a red hair is marked as haveing an bad temper.

2 more crime and more prostitution, those considered ugly will in this reality probarly not find a partner they find some what attractive there for rape is alote more comon so is prostitution.

3 again with so many hot women arround rape and other sex related crimes might increase while drugs ralated crimes are seriously reduced, fewer people find it nessesary to take drugs because we would feel like aleady being in a diffrent world already, also all goverments realise that the only way to do something about this is to legalize prostitution so this becomes legal in al country's except maybe some extreem muslim contry's that have the women those none revealing long dresses i believe there called burka's

4 girls in most anime films i have seen start to begin look realy hot aroud the age of 12 to 14 most girls around those age are either still relativly naive or curious about sex or both so i geuse that the pedofilie (if that age catogary falls into the pedo catogary) becomes a lote more common and maybe even generaly accepted.
