The Daleks are simply wiped from the face of the Universe...the Time Lords, however, tap into the Eye of Rassalon bigtime and whole timelines are torn assunder in the struggle of titans.

Quite frankly, its a bit hard to know exactly what happens, since the Time Lords are pretty much ASBs themselves....
