WI ASB decide to make humanity constantly bore out her mind, whatever you do you're bore (Play tennis, Chess, throw yourself in a cactus field, bring body piercing to a whole new level :D ) all humanity loosed her fun, do you think mankind would be able to survive constant boredom?

It would take a few generations but due to suicides/carelessness we see natural selection weed it out

One weird side effect is that the peoples of agrarian, religiously conservative, and/or labor-intensive societies and especially those in the Third World would be most prepared. As Noam Chomsky once pointed out in an essay, the "pursuit of happiness" is an idea foreign to many cultures, especially when the priority is survival and labor is a major necessity at least 16-20 hours a day. While technology and democratic freedoms allow people in the First World to pursue happiness on a daily and regular basis, perpetual boredom would cause peoples with time on their hands to place themselves in deadly or hazardous situations.

Anotherside effect, expect peoples' addictions to different items to increase exponentially, especially towards stimulants (e.g. LSD, Ecstasy, PCP, Cocaine). The artifical nature of happiness or at least satisfaction would seem like a godsend to people with perpetual boredom......

people would actually take less drug, because even the funniest of hallucination will be boring as hell at worst they will be just addicted but will take no fun whatsoever at it.

Possiblity they will constantly try new thing. (they should see a lot of novel written half-way through)
