Delgates arrive on this August the 15th. The PRWE seemed Cordilant but it seemed dulled down. An unarmed gaurd escourts each of the delagates to their spots around the Conferance Table and seats them.

"I, President Briand of the Proleriant call this conferance to order. We have met here to resolve what has happend and to resolve peace among us. We pray that our hositality will be enough for you."

"First issue on the floor is the matter of a land treaty. Any grievances to be adressed on boarders? Discounting those of Italy, who has seemed to have absorbed a good portion of land with the event. We'd like an explantion as to why they posses so much."

Ottoman Representative:

"Mr President, the Ottoman nation does not question the need for prompt agreement to the borders we now find ourselves with, before false claims become a cause for a war such as many of our nations have experienced in the recent past, but while we accept this to be an urgent topic for discussion, we would remind the delegates that the nation of Great Britain has threatened Ottoman possessions, and embarked a fleet for our shores. I cannot help feel that this unprovoked act of aggression should be curtailed immediately- for what civilised nation can support such militarism? We call for a British apology for their hasty actions, and the recall of their fleet."

All of this land belonged to us before the event, and we do not know why we should explain why this land legally belongs to us.

We would also like a British explanation of their actions.

President Al Smith had made the journey himself. After the coup in congress, he was no longer as needed in his own homeland but he did have something to say.

"We would like to discourage the return of imperialism to this world. This is no longer the 18th century. Countries have a right to rule themselves. We therefore encourage gradual European decolinization. Luckily, few countries seem to posses a large amount of world territory. We insist that no new colonies be added.

The German Empire needs colonies! Our nation has a huge population and needs the lands and resources colonies in Africa could provide for all of the German peoples.

We will only support this if the German Empire agrees to allow the colonies self-rule with supervision by them, and if it allows the colonies representation in it's goverment, as we have.

Indeed, for too long have the self-proclaimed "advanced nations" attacked and exploited the righful occupiers of so much of the world.

"Colonies are necessary for our economic survival. After loosing our France, we have found ourselves at the mercy of the Courtesy of Strangers. We have recieve many economic benefits from the German empire, and having them go through and economic downturn due to lack of colonies would hurt both our states. We cannot and will not allow any form of indepedant rule in our states."

"It is not the position of the Russian Republic to encourage the divestiture of a nation's rightful territory, but neither can we condone the brutal exploitation of the native peoples of the lands colonized by a powerful aggressor. We therefore propose that regional plebiscites be passed in any disputed area, such that the inhabitants of the region not be deprived of a just government nor subjected to an unjust one."

Portuguese Representive:

"Concerning colonies we suggest that their transpherance depends on the lanague of a the colonizers. We would be willing to sell the land rights of a few of the Portuguese speaking colonies and what was considered our land in 1800. Germany, and Flanders are open to buy these from us. While we suggust that France, Russia, Great Britian and Italy be willing to give up overseas claims as they do have a stable economy on this respective continet, as well Africa and Asia. We certainly are willing to see their peaceful transition from Colony to nations of their own one day, however it is clear that none of us in Europe are ready to give up our colonies. Even the Goverment in Russia keeps Siberia as we have done in Africa. The socialist goverment in France still has colonies aboard."

"If you feel so threatened by the idea of self-determination that you mistake a general comment to be an attack directed against you, it behooves you to correct the situation. So far as Siberia is concerned, I assure you that none of the members of the Constituent Assembly elected from Siberia, nor the locally elected Soviets in the region, dispute that they are an equal member of the Republic; if you can honestly make the same claim about your African provinces, then you have nothing to fear from an honest and unbiased referendum."

"We of Portugal are a commonwealth. All commonwealth realms are self governing and being set up to become states under the authority of their own people. Soon theese states will become fully self governing, prehaps even within the century."

Early morning outside the Conference

The American Movie-tone news Reporter and his Camera man were standing on the steps, along with the other Press, waiting for the Delegates to Arrive. When they saw a Disturbance a little way up the Block.

Reading the Signs the demonstrators held up in the air, He saw it was a Appeal by the Vietnam students from the Paris University, Appealing to the French Proletariat to aid their Vietnamese Brother Proletariat's. the British Reporter saw the Sign and remarked "The French Proletariat is to busy listening to their favorite programs on their new Radios, and worrying how to pay for that new Auto they just bought. They could care less about this." the Movie-tone man answered " True, True, But this will look better on the Screen than a bunch of old men making speeches."

Motioning to his Cameraman he began to approach the Demonstrators and the Police. Seeing the Camera, Some of the Police objected. Several minutes later the Reporter and his Cameraman were being chased down the Street by the Police, While the British Parthe Cameraman and several still photographer captured it all with their Telephoto lens.

Unless you count the East Indies Company, there is only one Government in Vietnam, The French colonial government is in Sumatra, and Japan will not like you sending a even larger fleet there.

I count the original French Goverment and the Vietnamess goverment. Their Leninist version is seen as horrible.

Announcer: "Her Royal Highness the Princess Charlotte of Great Britain"

"Ambassadors, Delegates, and Representatives. It is my pleasure to represent the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland at this great conference. I am fully empowered and trusted to make executive decisions in the name of the great King Alexander the Second.

The United Kingdom feels no need to explain their actions, as we are only stating what is rightful sovereign territory of the British Empire. We are willing to discuss with the Ottoman Empire the status of the Suez at a separate time, as British-Turkish relations are not necessary for the entire European continent to know.

The British Empire also disagrees with the stance on colonialism taken by the United States. Surely their fine country would never have been established had it not been for colonialism by the Kingdom of England. As for representational government, the position of the Empire has been, is, and always will be complete independance when deemed necessary. The United Kingdom also wishes to remind the Americans, representational government was introduced to them by the British, so surely no one understands it best.

Thank you very much."
